Outside the park along the street were many food stalls. It was still before 10:00 AM, so not much was happening yet. But the vendors were prepared.
One of the features displayed along the moat side of the street was a group of bonsai trees. Evidently this is a popular hobby in the area; there were many of them and the banner said it was the Chiang Mai Bonsai Club sponsoring the display.
