Today we took our second coach tour, this time of the Dingle Peninsula. In the early part of the day, we could see across to the Ring of Kerry where we were yesterday. The day was gorgeous, the sun was shining brightly, and it lasted until early afternoon. It was raining as we pulled into Killarney around 5:00 and continued off and on through the evening. I actually used my sunglasses today for the first time!
Again, we were overwhelmed with so much beautiful scenery. Sight after sight. I'll put a few of them here. We didn't have any special stops today like the Bog Village and sheepdog trials of yesterday. We were surprised at how different these two fairly parallel peninsulas are; each had its charms.
